A Very Happy Christmas & New Year 2021 !!

Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell, Jingle All the way,

Santa Claus is coming around riding on the slay!!

So finally, today is the day before Christmas. Christmas is celebrated on 25th December every year. Christmas is a festival of Joy, Happiness and Love. It is celebrated all across the World. On the occasion of Christmas, People used to decorate their shops with lights; children use to wear Red Santa Dresses and people use to visit Church. During Christmas, Church of each and every city of the World gets decorated with lights, flowers, etc. and it is a joy to see them.

Reason behind celebrating Christmas is that, there is a belief that Jesus Christ was born on that day. However, there is no proof about it but in Fourth Century 25th December was decided to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

There is another belief too that on this day Santa Claus comes to distribute gifts and sweets to small children. Now the question arises, “Who is Santa Claus?” So it can be tracked back hundreds of years. It has been believed that Santa was born around 280 A.D. in Patara, Turkey. His original name was Nicholas. He became legend because he used to distribute his all wealth in helping poor people. He has saved three girls from getting sold by her father for slavery by giving dowry to him so that he could marry them. By the time his popularity goes on high and high and he became popular for his noble cause of protecting children and sailors.

After the above information, let us know about what happens in Church before Christmas. In Church, Christmas party starts few days back to the Christmas. People of Christ religion use to go to Church and sings songs, perform carol dance, distribute sweets among them and a lot of things they do. On 24th December Night, people in Church cut cakes to celebrate birthday of Jesus Christ. While on 25th December, a huge amount of people visits to Church and burns candle to wish Jesus a very happy birthday and makes wishes from Jesus Christ.

At last, I wish that this Christmas & New Year will bring a lot of Happiness, Joy, Good Health and Prosperity in your life. Thank You……!!!
